StudentOutfitter.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We do not accept PayPal, or any other payment methods other than the options noted above. As a courtesy, we will attempt to contact you if your credit card is not processed successfully, but should it fail we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Promotional Codes

Percent off, dollar amount off, or free shipping promotional codes must be entered at the time of the sale.  Codes cannot be applied after a sale is complete.  All shipping promotions are only applicable to shipping addresses in the continental United States.

Exchanges and Returns
Customer care is a priority at StudentOutfitter.com.  We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  When you receive your purchase, please carefully examine it.  If for any reason at all you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased, you may exchange or return it within 28 days of the date of purchase on receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.  “On Sale” items can only be exchanged (no returns).  “Clearance” items cannot be returned or exchanged.  Shipping and handling charges will be applied to exchange orders unless specified by special conditions.  All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#).  To obtain a RMA# please contact StudentOutfitter.com at 1.225.328.2663.

All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.  A copy of all pages of your receipt must accompany all returns and exchanges or your return will not be accepted.  We recommend you track your return package shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to StudentOutfitter.com. 

School supplies cannot be returned unless damaged or shipping errors.  If you are missing any part of your supply kit, please contact StudentOutfitter.com immediately at 1.225.328.2663.

Incorrect or Damaged Products
A return due to shipping error, product defect or items damaged in shipment  has 14 days from receipt to qualify for no-charge pick-up. In this occurrence, contact our Customer Service Department at 1.225.328.2663 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Processing and Shipping
All orders are subject to validation.  Orders are projected to be processed within 2 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

A valid shipping address is required for all deliveries.  We regret that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, Rural Routes or international addresses.  Orders are shipped UPS Ground and are estimated to take 1 to 6 days to deliver.  Customers can expect to receive their order in 6 to 11 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order leaves our facility a tracking number is available by viewing your account. 

All items shipped via UPS Ground will be insured for the purchase value of the item. In the event of loss or damage during the shipping process,
an insurance claim will be filed with the carrier and appropriate steps will be taken to recover any loss.

Local customers have the option to pick up an order at our warehouse.  Please select this option during order check out or the order will be shipped to the address on the account.  Our pick up days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1PM CST – 4PM CST, excluding holidays, or by appointment by calling 1.225.328.2663.

Changes or Cancelations
Changes to orders must be made by 11:59 pm CST the same day an order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday can be changed or canceled up until 10:00 am CST the following business day by calling Customer Service at 1.225.328.2663 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
1. Print the required RMA form (click here).
2. Call us at 1.225.32.2663 to get a RMA#.
3. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your return. Any product returned after 15 days of RMA approval or without an RMA number will not be processed.
